Between us we have over 50 years of experience. That experience is not deployed in management activities but is working hands-on on your project: designing research, running analysis, interpreting findings, drawing conclusions.
Good analysis means getting more from the data.
We have strong mathematical and statistical skills. We use these to the full in drawing meaning from the data. Where appropriate we apply a range of advanced analytical methods, however we never underestimate the power of the intelligent use of basic analysis methods. Whatever method we use, we are happy to explain it in plain English - no “black boxes”.
Accuracy and timeliness should be a given.
We are amazed how often clients are let down by late or inaccurate data. We go out of our way to make sure that our clients don’t suffer from this. This isn’t the most exciting part of the job but it’s critical - otherwise how can you trust any of the findings?
